FIMA 2026 launches its 44th edition with a solid expansion strategy for new international markets

From 10 to 14 February 2026, the Feria Internacional de la Maquinaria Agrícola will return to the Feria de Zaragoza to convert itself, one more time, into the point of national and international event of the agricultural sector. You will be part of the second Organizing Committee of FIMA 2026, chaired by José Antonio Lostal, Director General of J.J. BROCH, who will lead a meeting at the Palacio de Congresos de Zaragoza to discuss the latest advances in the preparation of the conference.
This publication, fully covered by the sector, is of great importance and is marked before and after FIMA. Certainly, the focus is improved on its model, adapting to the new needs of the agricultural sector.
In just three months of its launch, the 30th anniversary of October in the Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, y con 13 meses todavía por delante, FIMA 2026 has registered the participation of 146 brands of exhibits from 22 countries, including 21 New incorporations that debut in this edition. These are early and solid interests on the part of the exhibitors who do not only refuse the position of FIMA as one of the reference points in the agricultural sector at international level, although it also reflects the confidence in its capacity to generate negotiations, innovation and global visibility.
Furthermore, from the organization of the event, it has intensified a strong prospecting campaign in new international markets, with the aim of expanding the geographic diversity of the participants and consolidating the strategic alliances that drive the interchange of knowledge and technology in the ambito agricola.
FIMA 2026 incorporated among its new events the realization of a series of days and itinerant activities planned for certain in the regions of the peninsula potentially attractive for the capture of new visitors and exhibitors. Furthermore, during the course of the certificate, we will enable new spaces to improve the experience of visitors.
During this committee, we also add various topics to work on technical days and parallel activities, to support them and to present solutions before the challenges and returns of the sector. Among them is the removal of women's paper, the new talent bus and the circular economy, key aspects to address some of the problems that affect farmers in the present, such as the processing of residues, distribution and energy efficiency, and dependence on fuels. fossils.
FIMA continues to collaborate with ANSEMAT with technical and specific sector information through certain channels, with the aim that exhibiting companies are informed about the real situation in the Spanish and European markets. Furthermore, both AGRAGEX and the Aragón Agricultural Machinery Cluster (CAMPAG) translated the projects into those that were currently being processed by FIMA 2026, which was compromised with certainty.
