1. Monitor and follow up on attendees at the various events organised by FERIA DE ZARAGOZA and facilitate their attendance and provide them with information, when requested, offering discounts on transport such as RENFE and Iberia.
2. At certain events, where expressly stated, attendees' and/or exhibitors' data may be transferred to co-organisers and/or exhibitors for marketing and commercial purposes, subject to the consent of the interested parties and the corresponding data transfer agreements.
3. Manage press accreditation requests by completing the form.
4. Manage and resolve the query you have made.
5. Coordination of business activities with other organisations and the work carried out as a result of the relationship between both organisations.
6. Management of the event organisation.
7. Preparation of budgets for event management.
8. Management of the contracting and provision of services to be performed at the facilities.
9. Advertising and commercial purposes related to the activities of FERIA DE ZARAGOZA, and the activities of exhibitors and co-organisers of certain events.
10. Purpose of contracting various suppliers of goods, works and services for the Institution.

1. To control and subsequently monitor attendees at the various events organised by FERIA DE ZARAGOZA and to facilitate their attendance and provide them with information, the following data sent by you via the registration form on the Extranet is processed:

2. For the purpose of transferring attendee and/or exhibitor data to co-organisers and/or exhibitors for marketing and commercial purposes, the following data provided by interested parties in the corresponding forms is processed:

3. In order to process the press accreditation requested, the following data is processed, which you send via the form in the "Press" section, under the "Accreditation" tab:

4. In order to manage and resolve your query, the information detailed below, collected via the form on the "Contact" tab, will be processed:

5. For the coordination of business activities with other organisations, the following data is processed, which is collected through the business activity coordination form:

Legitimacy for data processing

FERIA DE ZARAGOZA has identified the legal basis for the processing of your personal data. The legal basis for each type of processing is detailed below:

• Legitimacy based on consent of the data subject: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
• Legitimacy based on the contractual relationship: 4.8 and 10.

Temporary restriction of the processing of your data

Your personal data will be processed by FERIA DE ZARAGOZA for the shortest possible time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with the data retention policy of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December. Grouped by processing activity, the time limits are as follows:

1. The data used to control and subsequently monitor attendees at the various events organised by FERIA DE ZARAGOZA and to facilitate their attendance and provide them with information will be stored for the time necessary to manage the event and subsequently monitor it.
2. The data of attendees and/or exhibitors collected for transfer to co-organisers and/or exhibitors for marketing and commercial purposes will be stored and transferred during the marketing period of the event in which it was collected and until the next edition.
3. All information collected for the purpose of managing the requested press accreditation will be stored indefinitely for the period necessary to manage the event for which accreditation has been requested and its subsequent follow-up.
4. The information used to manage and resolve your query will be stored for the time necessary to manage and resolve the query and for subsequent follow-up.
5. Personal data used for the coordination of business activities with other organisations will be stored for the period necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship between both organisations and the obligations arising from said relationship.
6. The information collected to manage the organisation of the event will be stored for the time necessary to manage the event and its subsequent follow-up.
7. Personal data used for the preparation of quotations for event management will be stored for the period necessary to prepare said quotation and manage the event, if necessary.
8. The information collected to manage the contracting and provision of services to be performed at the facilities will be stored for the periods necessary for the management of said services and their subsequent monitoring.
9. Information collected for advertising and promotional purposes will be stored for as long as the data subject does not withdraw their consent.
10. The information contained in the documentation submitted for tenders and in the contracts for works, supplies and services shall be stored for the time strictly necessary for its management.

Recipients to whom your data is transferred

In case 1, your data may be transferred to RENFE, Iberia and any other company with which FERIA DE ZARAGOZA works for the sole purpose of travel management.

In case 2, your data may be transferred to co-organisers and/or exhibitors of the events in which it is expressly indicated, for marketing and commercial purposes.

In case 7, your data may be transferred to companies that, where applicable, manage the services contracted by Feria de Zaragoza.

In case 9, your data may be transferred to group companies, exhibitors and co-organisers for advertising and promotional purposes.

Unless legally required, we will not transfer your data to any other third party.

Data confidentiality and security

FERIA DE ZARAGOZA undertakes to use and process users' personal data correctly, respecting their confidentiality and using them in accordance with their purpose, as well as to comply with its obligation to store them and take all possible measures to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations.

www.feriazaragoza.es cannot guarantee absolute security against the violation of data through fraudulent access to it by third parties.

Rights regarding the processing of your data

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not FERIA DE ZARAGOZA is processing personal data concerning you.

As the data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
