My role as a Customer and Visitor Experience Specialist within the events sector is to ensure that everyone who participates in, attends or interacts with our venue enjoys a memorable, seamless and consistent experience from the moment they first make contact right through to the end of the event. My work focuses on understanding the public’s expectations, anticipating their needs and creating an atmosphere in which they feel welcome, well-informed and supported throughout their visit. I consider myself directly responsible for ensuring that every visitor perceives the event as unique, well-organised and meticulously planned. To this end, I act as a liaison between attendees and the various teams involved (production, logistics, communications, security, suppliers, etc.), facilitating the necessary coordination to ensure that every point of interaction runs smoothly.
