I am an exhibitor at an event at Feria de Zaragoza. How can I benefit from discounts on travel to Zaragoza and hotels during the event?

All information will be sent by the sales department to the contact person at the participating company.

When will the accreditations for staff participating in the Fair be received?

Accreditations will be collected at the service points during the set-up of the fair. The set-up period will be provided in the information received from the Sales Department.

Can the electrical panel included in the modular stand be used to connect appliances?

The electrical panel included in the modular stand is exclusively for powering the spotlights installed in it. In addition, a courtesy socket is installed, inserted in the protection panel itself, with a capacity of approximately 200 W, meaning that a mobile phone charger or a television could be connected to it. Never anything with a higher power rating.

How to calculate electricity consumption?

For a 25 m2 stand at a 4-day event during event hours.

  • Formula: 25 x 50 w. x 4+1 (day) x 4.4 = €27.50

For a 50 m2 stand at a 3-day event during 24-hour hours.

  • Formula: 50 x 50 w. x 3+1 (day) x 7.85 = £78.50
How many spotlights does a modular unit include?

In standard modular types 1A/1B/1C, the spotlights are 300 W.

The formula for calculating the number of spotlights required for a stand is as follows:

  • For a 50 m² stand
    • Formula: 50 m² x 50 W = 2500 W / 300 W = 8 spotlights and one 300 W courtesy socket.
Can the carpet that comes as standard in a modular stand be changed?

Yes, by requesting it within the established deadlines and with an increase of 1.5 m2, you can change to any of the colours offered in request 1A/1B/1C or 6, depending on what the exhibitor has contracted.

Can beech furniture be requested for a white stand, or vice versa?

Yes, no problem, as long as they are not insertable materials when modularising, such as storage units, display columns or shelves.

Can it be nailed into a modular unit?

Never, it is strictly prohibited. You may use hooks and from there, with fishing line or similar, you may hang items, provided they are not too heavy. If it is essential to nail something, you must choose a wooden stand option.

Can modular panels be covered with vinyl?

Yes, but removable tape that does not damage the melamine must be used, and the panel must be left in perfect condition when dismantled. In other words, the exhibitor or decorator providing this service will be responsible for installing and removing the material; otherwise, a charge will be applied.

When an exhibitor requests 24 hours, does it have to be a separate line?

It must always be independent of the one included in the modular unit.

Is it mandatory to request an electrical panel with the supply?

No, it can be brought by the exhibitor/decorator and will be supervised by the electrical service of Feria de Zaragoza.

When is the assembly fee payable?

Provided that the stand is not assembled by the fair, regardless of whether it is owned by the exhibitor or assembled by a decorator.

Can assembly extensions be requested?

Yes, by submitting application no. 12, paying the corresponding fees, and provided that circumstances permit.

I have my own insurance, can I do without the compulsory fair insurance?

Insurance is compulsory and protects the venue from any incidents that may occur. Exhibitor insurance policies are private contracts that cover their belongings, never the Zaragoza Trade Fair venue, and are therefore compulsory.
