Since 1941, a path of growth and innovation. The history of Feria de Zaragoza runs parallel to the economic and social transformation of Aragon and Spain. We began as a meeting place for industry and commerce, and today we are a driving force that connects people, sectors and territories.

1941

The first Official Trade Fair is held and the Zaragoza trade fair project is launched, creating a meeting point for regional industry and commerce.

1954

The event is consolidating and diversifying sectors, adding national exhibitors and leading international delegations.

1964

FIMA is born and Zaragoza positions itself in agricultural machinery, attracting innovation and partnerships with leading manufacturers.

1972

Pavilions and services are being expanded, professionalising care and improving logistics, access and set-up.

1986

The current premises on Carretera de Madrid are inaugurated, multiplying the surface area, operational capacity and quality of experience.

1994

Infrastructure and safety are being modernised, with energy, telecommunications and advanced regulations for large capacities.

2001

Internationalisation is promoted through missions, invited buyers and B2B itineraries that connect supply and demand.

2008

Expo Zaragoza and opening of the Conference Centre, boosting international visibility and conference activity. Record year with over one million visitors.

2013

We accelerate the digitisation of processes and services, improving times, data traceability and overall satisfaction.

2016

75th anniversary and new corporate identity, reinforcing positioning, visual consistency and brand recognition.

2020

We adapt protocols and hybrid formats, ensuring continuity, security, and quality in both in-person and online events.

2023

Strengthening sustainability and equality with plans and metrics, aligning management with the SDGs and open innovation.
