Basic event details
Dates and venue
FIGAN 2027 will take place from 16 to 19 March 2027 at the Feria de Zaragoza exhibition centre (A-2, km 311, Zaragoza, Spain).
Opening hours
16–18 March 2027: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
19 March 2027: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Assembly and disassembly
Stand construction
- Dates: 11th - 15th March 2027
- Opening hours: 08:30 am – 8:00 pm
- Last day of assembly (15th March )
- Machinery delivery: 14th March 2027
- 15th March is reserved exclusively for stand set-up. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the exhibition halls.
Dismantling of stands
19th March 2027: 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm
20th -22th March 2027: 8.30 am to 8.00 pm

Accreditation and access
- Each exhibitor is allocated a number of staff passes, calculated on the basis of the number of square metres booked.
- Includes parking permits for authorised vehicles.
- During the fair, a special shuttle bus service will operate between the centre of Zaragoza and the exhibition grounds (FIGAN only).
Accommodation and travel
Feria de Zaragoza offers a range of benefits to make it easier for you to take part:
