The history of Bertolini began in 1918, when Ugo Bertolini realized his dream: to facilitate farm work and increase the
economic yield of crops by putting mechanics
at the service of man.
This led to the creation of the first spray pumps, designed to
optimize the time and quality of work by responding to the
needs of the area. In the 1970s, Bertolini turned to more compact pumps that were easier to replace wear parts. Between the 1990s and 2000s, Bertolini's quality grew in prestige with the registration of several patents recognized in Italy and
abroad. In fact, the company has continued to study
new technologies, including the polypropylene pump from the
PolyPumps series: a product that, thanks to its intrinsic properties, is resistant to aggressive chemicals, liquid fertilizers, and acidic solutions.
Bertolini is now a modern company in constant evolution:
the creation of a new headquarters and the inclusion of the German company Altek GmbH in the group has strengthened the corporate structure
with the aim of continuing to grow.
