The launch of the second edition of the ENOMAQ 2017 Excellence Award will contribute to enhancing ENOMAQ's image and reach. This is one of the key initiatives of this year's event, which, following the success of last year's edition, will add even more value to the International Winery and Bottling Machinery and Equipment Exhibition (ENOMAQ), to be held from February 14 to 17 at Feria de Zaragoza.

This award—highly valued by companies and professionals—is aimed at wineries in the Iberian Peninsula and recognizes innovation and the implementation of new technical processes adapted to the industry and current markets.

ENOMAQ, the leading trade fair for the sector in Spain and one of the most important in Europe, is the ideal platform for disseminating and promoting winery techniques, machinery, and equipment. Therefore, Feria de Zaragoza, aware of the importance of the ENOMAQ brand in the international market, is promoting this initiative, which complements and further develops the Technical Innovations Competition. In this case, the awards are granted exclusively to companies participating in the trade fair that demonstrate they have introduced significant technical innovations in the machine manufacturing process and that these innovations represent a development for the market.

Regarding the ENOMAQ 2017 Excellence Award, this will be decided by a jury of expert professionals in the field, who will be responsible for evaluating the applications based on the management model, traceability, sustainability, environmental management, and quality management.

The ENOMAQ Excellence Award recognizes the outstanding work of wineries and wine companies, as well as farms, in their commitment to research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) as a hallmark of their projects, through respect for the environment and by fostering competitiveness and improvement within the sector.

BODEGAS GRUPO YLLERA, ENOMAQ EXCELLENCE AWARD 2015

The first edition of this award, presented at ENOMAQ 2015, was given to Bodegas Grupo Yllera.

With the second consecutive year of this award, ENOMAQ and Feria de Zaragoza consolidate their sector leadership and contribute to improving the sector from the perspective of technology, sustainability, and quality management. It is undoubtedly a valuable tool for enhancing the international standing of the trade fair as a leading showcase for the technological potential of winery and bottling machinery.
