From February 14 to 17, 2017, Feria de Zaragoza will bring together the leading players in the agri-food industry. The trade shows related to wine and olive oil machinery will thus have their international meeting point at this Aragonese exhibition center.

Exhibiting companies wishing to participate in the wine and olive oil show can now access the guidelines for the technical innovation competition at ENOMAQ, TECNOVID, OLEOMAQ, and OLEOTEC 2017. To participate, all required information must be submitted before November 28, 2016.

Each exhibiting company may submit one or more machines, equipment, components, auxiliary equipment, or services, provided they meet the established requirements. Among the requirements are that the products have not been marketed before the last edition of the wine and olive oil fair (February 2015), that they are being presented for the first time at the upcoming 2017 event, and that they comply with all current legislation applicable to the presented innovation.

Another requirement, and a factor that Feria de Zaragoza (Zaragoza Trade Fair) wants to emphasize in the competition, is the technological innovation presented. This involves including advancements for the agri-food industry that result in improvements in efficiency, quality, occupational health and safety, or environmental aspects.

Furthermore, the selected innovations will remain on display throughout the event at the participating company's stand. The trade fair organization will be responsible for clearly marking each company and its contribution so that they are prominently featured for visitors.
