ENOMAQ 2027: five halls dedicated to its seven sectors

2026-11-04

ENOMAQ, the International Exhibition of Machinery and Techniques for Cultivation, Production and Packaging in the Food and Liquid Beverage Industry, is finalising the last details of what is set to be one of its most iconic events to mark its 50th anniversary. With three months to go until it opens, the event has confirmed the participation of over 600 exhibiting brands from 26 countries.

This growth reinforces its position as the leading technical forum and is backed by the sector’s main associations, with which the event has renewed its strategic agreements to ensure representation across the entire value chain.

An integrated sector-wide offering

To offer a better experience for trade visitors and accommodate all aspects of the industry, ENOMAQ 2027 will feature an exhibition space tailored to market needs:

  • Hall 4: This will bring together solutions for fermentation processes, certification, analysis and laboratories, as well as tanks, treatments and packaging for production.
  • Hall 5: This will host everything related to olive oil production and the brewing industry — with a particular focus on the processing of raw materials for the brewing sector — as well as solutions in software, printing and labelling.
  • Hall 6 (ENOMAQ AGRO): Entirely dedicated to fieldwork, this space will bring together the latest advances in viticulture and olive growing (cultivation, tractors, planting, pruning, fertilisers, plant protection products, production and irrigation). As a major new feature of this edition, the hall will also incorporate the arboriculture sector.
  • Hall 8: This hall will focus on the final stages of the production process, showcasing machinery for bottling, packaging and labelling, end-of-line solutions and packaging, as well as certification systems.
  • Hall 9: This will host the programme of technical seminars and parallel events, serving as a hub for knowledge and dissemination. It will also host the ENOMAQ Conecta Talento initiative and the Tasting Corner, a space dedicated to showcasing the quality of the agricultural products featured at the event.

ENOMAQ Conecta Talento

With the aim of addressing the real needs of the agro-industrial sector, which requires new talent to tackle the challenges of the future, the event will launch the ENOMAQ Conecta Talento initiative.

Going beyond simply organising school visits to the fair, this initiative is designed to act as a genuine bridge between the younger generations and the seven sectors covered by the fair. Its aim is to bring young professionals closer to the sectors that make up ENOMAQ, to inspire their career aspirations, to facilitate their entry into the labour market and to help them lead the future of the food industry.

25th Edition and 50th Anniversary Gala

On the evening of Thursday 28 January, the Zaragoza Conference Centre will host the ENOMAQ 50th Anniversary Gala.

This gala will serve as the setting to pay tribute to five decades of innovation and shared growth between Feria de Zaragoza and the professionals from the seven sectors that make up ENOMAQ: winemaking, viticulture, olive growing, olive oil production, the brewing industry, arboriculture, and food and liquid beverages. A history that has made the exhibition the essential meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, technicians and producers.

The event will also feature an exclusive networking area designed to foster the exchange of ideas, promote new strategic alliances and generate synergies between exhibitors and companies in the sector.

During this ceremony, the prizes for the Technological Improvements and Innovations Competition, the Excellence Awards and the professional awards for Oenologist, Master Brewer and Master Olive Oil Producer will also be presented.

Interested companies can still submit their entries for both the Technological Improvements and Innovations Competition and the Excellence Awards. The online registration period, which is the same for both competitions, will remain open until 12 November 2026.
