New addition to the Organizing Committee

This session also formalized the addition of AEMODA (Spanish Association of Olive Mill Masters and Operators) as a new member of the Committee. AEMODA dignifies the work of professionals in the olive oil sector, with activities focused on technical training, the organization of conferences and events, and the promotion of professionalization in olive oil production.

Its incorporation comes at a time when ENOMAQ is embarking on a new phase marked by a rebranding that unifies all the sectors that have historically shaped the event under a single visual identity, reinforcing the olive oil sector.

50th Anniversary: Workshops, Tastings, and Awards

ENOMAQ 2027 commemorates its fiftieth anniversary with an edition that, true to its mission as a meeting point for the sector, will host technical workshops promoted by some of the most representative associations in the wine industry.

Among the confirmed participating entities are the Cava Producers Association, the Catalan Oil Institute, La Semana Vitivinícola (Wine Week), the Spanish Federation of Winemakers Associations (FEAE), the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV), the Spanish Conference of Wine Regulatory Boards (CECRV), and the Wine Technology Platform (PTV).

The content of these sessions will revolve around the major challenges currently shaping the sector's agenda, such as sustainability and climate change, digitalization, artificial intelligence and innovation, the circular economy, and dealcoholization. This edition will once again feature its Wine, Oil, and Beer Tasting Corner for professionals.

Regarding awards, the 2027 edition updates its program compared to the previous edition. The Competition for Improvements and Technical Innovations incorporates new categories, the details of which will be announced soon.

On the other hand, the Excellence Awards maintain the categories of Winemaker Award and Master Brewer Award, while the Olive Mill Master Award incorporates a new category under the designation of National Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Likewise, a new distinction is created, the Food Industry Master Award, structured in two categories: Food and Beverages.

The Excellence Awards include the categories of Winery Excellence, Olive Mill Excellence, and Brewing Excellence, to which are added Excellence in Liquid Foods and Excellence in Beverages.

Marketing and International Presence

Commercial development is progressing favorably, with the registration rate remaining consistent with the previous edition and agreements with the main associations renewed. As of this Committee's date, companies from 19 countries have already confirmed their participation, including Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, the United States, China, and Australia.

New Website

ENOMAQ 2027 also arrives with a new website, more modern, visual, and intuitive, reflecting the evolution of the event. The new website offers smoother navigation and an enhanced user experience, with a design focused on maximizing results. A tool worthy of the fair's fifty-year history.

ENOMAQ 2027 will be held at Feria de Zaragoza from January 26 to 28, 2027. This edition features a refreshed image, expanded content, and a 50th anniversary, reaffirming its identity: The essence that unites us.
