Feria de Zaragoza bids farewell to a series of events that reinforce its international leadership role in the agri-food sector

ENOMAQ, TECNOVID, OLEOMAQ, OLEOTEC, and FRUYVER closed their doors today after four intense days of commercial and business activity. The success achieved by holding the five events together reflects the optimism emerging in the agri-food sector and strengthens its role as a technological leader on the international stage.
The Zaragoza Trade Fair has concluded a series of highly professional exhibitions where innovation, research, and development were the undisputed stars of events that were strongly supported by exhibitors and visitors. The excellent figures recorded—1,096 exhibitors from 22 countries and more than 25,000 visitors—attest to the strength and consolidation of the agri-food industry and position the five events as the leading showcase in Southern Europe.
The 11 technological innovations awarded at the Technical Innovations Competition stand out, where the jury valued research work, the drive for quality, as well as safety and respect for the environment, among other criteria.
Furthermore, Feria de Zaragoza, aware of its important role in facilitating access to the international market for Spanish products, organized a visit for importers of viticulture, olive oil, and horticulture machinery with the aim of establishing direct contacts with Spanish producers. Thus, 58 delegations from Algeria, the United States, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey participated in the Trade Missions organized directly by the fairgrounds.
The exhibition of machinery, techniques, and research projects fully met expectations, a fact confirmed by the high level of commercial and business activity recorded during these days at the stands in the five pavilions. The unanimous support of the companies that have once again placed their trust in ENOMAQ TECNOVID OLEOMAQ OLEOTEC and FRUYVER as the best showcase for their products, along with the high level of professionalism and technological value of the event, have made Zaragoza the capital of the agri-food industry.
For four days, the exhibition facilities saw outstanding participation in each of the scheduled activities, demonstrating the interest generated among professionals. The technical workshops and various presentations organized by associations, professional bodies, research centers, and media outlets successfully addressed the needs and concerns of professionals, covering topics relevant to the sector such as improving production and marketing strategies, organic and sulfite-free wines, sustainability in wine production, and new business models for vineyards and wineries. The Winemaker's Corner has become one of the most popular areas, as it combines traditional wine tastings with engaging lectures by renowned winemakers.
The Zaragoza Trade Fair has concluded another edition of ENOMAQ TECNOVID OLEOMAQ OLEOTEC and FRUYVER, surpassing the figures recorded in 2013, with over 47,000 square meters of exhibition space, 1,096 exhibitors from 22 countries, and more than 25,000 visitors—a 5% increase over the previous edition.
