Feria de Zaragoza

Feria de Zaragoza is experiencing a third day packed with activities and with the massive support of professionals.

Food safety, the various elements that determine the aroma, flavor, and quality of wine, and the reduction of alcohol content were three of the topics covered in the technical sessions held today at the Zaragoza Trade Fair.

For the third consecutive day, the exhibition halls were bustling with professionals who unanimously supported the offerings of the more than one thousand exhibiting companies participating in ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ, TECNOVID-OLEOTEC, and FRUYVER, which run until tomorrow.

The strong visitor turnout, combined with the quality and number of activities taking place during the olive oil and wine fairs, created a vibrant atmosphere today. The Congress Center was the venue for the debate, where experts discussed mechanisms for reducing the alcohol content of wine, as well as issues related to pesticides and pests affecting fruits and vegetables. These were some of the topics that marked the morning session. In the afternoon, elements such as the flavor, aroma, and quality of wine were the focus of the analysis.

Furthermore, the Reverse Trade Missions program concluded today. Over two days, 52 delegations from countries in the Mediterranean region participated, along with several representatives from Argentina and Australia. During these two sessions, the groups of foreign buyers sought to strengthen trade relations between their countries and Spanish companies, as well as to achieve greater market positioning for Spanish products in other markets. One of the defining characteristics of these types of events is their strong emphasis on design and innovation in the presentations of the participating companies.

Therefore, Feria de Zaragoza wanted to recognize some of the participating companies with a certificate highlighting the originality and effort put into their stands. Alberto López, Director of the Agricultural Division at Feria de Zaragoza, and Jesús Serrano, Technical Director of the fairgrounds, presented these awards to representatives from AZ3 Oeno, Estal Packaging, Procarton, Saint Gobain Vicasa, and Vidrala, who expressed their gratitude for the recognition.

All of these companies participate in the wine and olive oil shows with sophisticatedly designed spaces, where their attention to image and branding serves to "enhance the appearance and quality of our shows," as Feria de Zaragoza executives noted.
