An increase in the number of exhibitors, a larger exhibition space, and a higher percentage of technical innovations submitted to the competition. With just a month to go, the upcoming edition of ENOMAQ 2017 is already brimming with positive figures that demonstrate the importance of the event for the national and international wine sector.

The Technological Innovations Competition of ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ, TECNOVID-OLEOTEC, and FRUYVER has recognized a total of seventeen products or pieces of equipment that will be featured in the exhibition area of ​​the shows, from February 14 to 17, at the most innovative and largest event to date. All of this confirms the prominent role that technology and innovation play in the wine and olive oil sector.

Of the total awards, thirteen belong to products presented within the framework of ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ and four to TECNOVID-OLEOTEC. The jury assessed the research projects, quality management, and environmental responsibility, as well as the quality and application of safety features.

All of this demonstrates the impressive technological showcase that the Zaragoza Trade Fair pavilions will offer, transforming them into a true showcase for the latest techniques and equipment related to the olive oil and wine sectors. From February 14th to 17th, leading manufacturers, industries, importers, exporters, producers, agricultural professionals, and technicians, among others, will be present in Zaragoza, with a strong presence from the international market and the unanimous support of the sector.
