This morning, Feria de Zaragoza held the first meeting of the ENOMAQ 2027 Organizing Committee at the Aceites LIS headquarters in La Almunia de Doña Godina. This meeting marks the official start of preparations for a particularly significant edition: the 50th anniversary of the event, which will take place from January 26 to 28, 2027. During the meeting, Rubén Auseré, CEO of Industrias Auseré, S.L., was announced as the new president of the Organizing Committee.

Auseré assumes this role at a pivotal moment for the trade fair. As he stated, “It is an honor, not only personally, but also for Industrias Auseré. This offer recognizes our track record and our long-standing commitment to the event. ENOMAQ has always been a benchmark.”

His objective as president is: “to help ENOMAQ continue evolving and adapting to the changing times in the trade fair sector, reinforcing a more cross-cutting, modern vision, more connected to the beverage and liquid food industry.” Auseré also emphasizes that ENOMAQ must continue consolidating its position as a “leading space for innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness.”

A New Stage for ENOMAQ

The event organizers have spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding of ENOMAQ, which will be presented in its next edition with a broader name: International Exhibition of Machinery and Techniques for the Cultivation, Processing, and Packaging of the Beverage and Liquid Food Industry. This new definition reflects the evolution of the event and its expansion into sectors such as arboriculture and food and beverages.

ENOMAQ is now structured around six sectors: viticulture, the beverage and liquid food industry, olive growing, olive oil production, the brewing industry, and arboriculture. Furthermore, the renewal of its visual and brand identity is based on four strategic pillars: integrating all segments around ENOMAQ, addressing the demands of the sector itself, adapting to the trends of major international events, and improving internal management by working with a single event.

This new phase is structured around the motto of previous editions, “The essence that unites us,” which highlights the shared values ​​of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability present throughout the sector.

50th Anniversary of the Event

The 2027 edition will commemorate the 50th anniversary of ENOMAQ, a milestone that will be marked by a calendar of special activities and a commemorative event during the fair. In this new cycle, Auseré sends a clear message to the sector: “We want a modern fair, adapted to the changing times and new generations. ENOMAQ 2027 will be a unique opportunity to showcase innovation, strengthen alliances, and share knowledge in an environment that represents, better than ever, the essence that unites us.”

With the first meeting of the Organizing Committee, and under a new image and leadership, Feria de Zaragoza reaffirms its commitment to a renewed, innovative ENOMAQ, aligned with the current needs of the industry.
