Feria de Zaragoza concludes another edition of ENOMAQ 2025 with a very positive outcome. The event, which took place over three days during a period of sectoral transformation, attracted a number of visitors comparable to that of 2023.
Over 28,000 people visited pavilions 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 of Feria de Zaragoza, where the quality and quantity of the exhibits were the main highlights, an aspect widely praised by all visitors. From the first day, the event maintained a constant business atmosphere, reflected in the intense activity within the stands, where exhibitors emphasized ENOMAQ's role as the ideal space for networking and fostering synergies within the sector.
Professionals from numerous countries attended, with a significant presence of all the wineries, olive oil mills, and breweries from the Iberian Peninsula, as well as from southern France and Italy, solidifying ENOMAQ's position as the epicenter of the wine, olive oil, and beer sectors in southern Europe.
This edition of ENOMAQ-OLEOMAQ and EBEER featured an expanded exhibition of equipment for wineries, olive oil mills, and the brewing industry, strengthening its position in these key sectors. A commitment to quality was the guiding principle of this edition, a criterion also maintained in the agricultural section of the event with TECNOVID and OLEOTEC, which contributed a high level of specialization and cutting-edge technology.
The technical workshops and parallel activities were another major draw of the event, with more than 60 sessions enjoying high participation. These conferences and roundtables solidify ENOMAQ's position as a leading platform for knowledge exchange, allowing professionals to discover the latest techniques and advancements in the sector.
With this edition, Feria de Zaragoza reinforces its role as an essential meeting point for innovation and business in the wine, olive oil, and beer industries, already looking ahead to the next event with the aim of continuing to raise the bar for excellence.
Grenaches du Monde 2025 will be held in Cariñena on May 5 and 6.
The prestigious international competition Grenaches du Monde returns to Aragon in 2025, with Cariñena as the host city. This annual competition, which recognizes excellence in wines made with Grenache grapes, will bring together producers from around the world and a professional jury of 60 to 80 experts who will evaluate nearly 1,000 samples.
The event coincides with Cariñena's designation as a European City of Wine and Zaragoza's designation as the World Capital of Garnacha, solidifying the region's position as the epicenter of this grape variety.
The agreement was signed this morning at ENOMAQ, marking the start of preparations for an event that will strengthen the international profile of Garnacha and its producing regions.
Vinespaña Competition
With the closing of ENOMAQ, the 7th edition of the Vinespaña National Wine Competition also comes to a close. The competition organizers expressed their satisfaction with this year's edition, which received 900 entries evaluated by a jury of 40 tasters from winemaking associations throughout Spain. Participation continues to grow year after year, with new wineries joining those that participate in each edition. VinEspaña is consolidating its position as a leading national wine competition, a fact that, according to Isidro Moneva, Director of the Competition and President of the Aragonese Association of Oenologists, is undoubtedly enhanced by its location within ENOMAQ, where it gains significant visibility and generates important commercial synergies.
