The Organizing Committee of the International Exhibition of Technical Machinery and Equipment, which brings together trade fairs related to the wine and spirits, olive oil, and beer production and manufacturing sectors, has met to continue making progress in preparing for the event, which will take place in February 2025. This meeting highlighted the addition of the Cava Producers Association (AECAVA) to the committee.

During the meeting, the various ongoing projects were discussed, emphasizing the strong sales momentum that bodes well for a successful edition with broad representation from leading manufacturers, currently from 23 countries, and showcasing the synergy between different industries.

One of the highlights of the event is the series of technical sessions, in which leading associations and organizations from each industry will participate. These include the Agri-Food Research and Technology Centre of Aragon (CITA), the Aroma Analysis and Enology Laboratory (LAAE), the Spanish Wine Interprofessional Organization (OIVE), the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV), the Wine Technology Platform (PTV), the Spanish Conference of Wine Regulatory Boards (CECRV), La Semana Vitivinícola (Wine Week), the Catalan Cork Institute, the Spanish Association of Beer and Malt Technicians (AETCM), the Higher School of Beer and Malt (ESCYM), and Mercacei, among others. They will address topics revolving around the central theme of product enhancement and brand building.

In addition, the traditional Innovations and Technical Improvements Competition will be held soon, highlighting the work of teams and services that contribute innovative systems, as well as recognizing the best winemaker, olive mill master, master brewer, and awarding prizes for excellence.

ENOMAQ, OLEOMAQ, EBEER, TECNOVID, and OLEOTEC, once again, solidify their position as the leading technological showcase for their respective industries, becoming a hub for the exchange of knowledge and advancements that enable them to meet the challenges of the sector. This event will connect a professional community of manufacturers, exporters, importers, winemakers, grape growers, olive growers, olive millers, brewers, and other industry experts.

Under the slogan "The essence that unites us," this unmissable event will take place from February 11 to 13 in Zaragoza, where the latest innovations, trends, and new developments in the sector will be presented.
