Rubén Auseré chairs the ENOMAQ 2027 Organizing Committee

Feria de Zaragoza has appointed Rubén Auseré, CEO of Industrias Auseré, as the new president of the ENOMAQ 2027 Organizing Committee. The appointment was made during the Committee's first meeting, held in December 2025, and comes at a particularly important time. The next edition of the event will commemorate ENOMAQ's 50th anniversary and will be held at Feria de Zaragoza from January 26 to 28, 2027.
An honor that recognizes half a century of commitment
Industrias Auseré has participated in the Organizing Committee practically since the event's inception, and Rubén Auseré has been a member since 2011. For the new president, the appointment "recognizes our track record and our long-standing commitment to the event. As a Zaragoza-based company, ENOMAQ has always been our benchmark," he states.
At the head of the Committee, Auseré aims to contribute to ENOMAQ's continued growth. “My intention is to help ENOMAQ continue adapting to the changing times in the sector, promoting a more cross-cutting, modern vision that is more connected to the beverage and liquid food industry. We want to remain a leading space for innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness,” he says.
This vision is reflected in the rebranding that accompanies the 50th anniversary edition. ENOMAQ adopts a new name—International Exhibition of Machinery and Techniques for the Cultivation, Processing, and Packaging of the Beverage and Liquid Food Industry—which reflects the reality of the event. As Auseré explains, the change responds to an evolution that was already taking place within the companies themselves. “Just as we were once highly single-sector companies and today our machines package all types of liquids, the event must follow the same path,” he emphasizes.
The essence is reinforced, not lost.
The rebranding does not mean abandoning the sectors that have been part of ENOMAQ for decades, but rather providing them with a more coherent identity. Until now, the event was structured around ENOMAQ, OLEOMAQ, TECNOVID, OLEOTEC, and EBEER. Now, this new phase unifies all these identities under a single brand.
“All these industries share, to a greater or lesser extent, many suppliers, processes, and solutions. Grouping them together allows them to grow both individually and collectively,” emphasizes Auseré, who sees this structure as an opportunity for each sector to benefit from the shared ecosystem. “From the Committee, we want every sector participating in ENOMAQ to benefit from sharing space and sessions with the others.”
Two new sectors join
ENOMAQ 2027 incorporates two new sectors. One of them is arboriculture, which, for Auseré, is a natural step. “The inclusion of arboriculture is logical because it shares machinery, processes, and solutions with sectors already present at ENOMAQ.” Nuts and other fruit crops are experiencing significant growth within the agri-food sector, and they benefit from technologies that perfectly align with the trade show's philosophy.
On the other hand, the food and beverage sector, focused on the production, processing, and packaging of products such as drinks, dairy products, juices, gazpacho, and sauces, is a key focus. This commitment responds to the demand already observed on the ground. "As exhibitors, we had already seen that professionals from beverage sectors other than wine, olive oil, or beer were visiting us." “We want them to feel welcome and have their own space,” says the Committee President.
With these additions, ENOMAQ will be structured around seven sectors: winemaking, viticulture, olive oil production, olive growing, brewing, tree farming, and food and beverages.
ENOMAQ 2027 will be held from January 26 to 28
Half a century of history, a renewed image, and a cohesive sectoral structure make it the premier meeting point for technologies applied to cultivation, production, and packaging. As Auseré points out, “We want a trade fair adapted to trends and the new generations joining the sector.” Therefore, ENOMAQ 2027 will be the opportunity to do just that and to forge alliances in an environment that represents, better than ever, the essence that unites us.
