Technical information for exhibitors

Dates and location

FIMA 2026 will take place from 10 to 14 February 2026 at the Zaragoza Exhibition Centre (A-2, km 311, Zaragoza, Spain).

Opening hours to the public

10–13 February 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
14 February 2026: from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Stand assembly

• Dates: 5 to 0 February 2026
• Opening hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Last day of assembly (8 February)
• Machinery entry: until 8 February 2026
• 9 February is reserved exclusively for stand decoration. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the exhibition halls.

Dismantling of stands

14 February 2026: from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
15–17 February 2026: from 8.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Each exhibitor is allocated a number of staff passes, calculated based on the square metres contracted.
• Includes parking passes for authorised vehicles.

• During the fair, a special shuttle bus service will operate between the centre of Zaragoza and the venue (exclusive to FIMA 2026).

• Agreements with partner hotels in the city, offering preferential rates for exhibitors and visitors.

• Discount vouchers with RENFE and IBERIA for travel to Zaragoza.

• Technical Innovations Competition, which rewards innovation in machinery and services.

• Technical conferences and sector forums, organised with associations and entities from the sector.
