Basic event details
Dates and location
FIMA 2026 will take place from 15th - 19th February 2028 (Tuesday - Saturday) 2028 at the Zaragoza Exhibition Centre (A-2, km 311, Zaragoza, Spain).
Opening hours to the public
15th-18th February : from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
19th February: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Assembly and disassembly
Stand assembly
- Dates: 10th - 14th February 2028
- Opening hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Last day of assembly (14 February)
- Machinery entry: until 13 February 2028
- 9 February is reserved exclusively for stand decoration. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the exhibition halls.
Dismantling of stands
19th February 2028: from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
20th -22th February 2028: from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm

Accreditations and access
- Each exhibitor is allocated a number of staff passes, calculated based on the square metres contracted.
- Includes parking passes for authorised vehicles.
- During the fair, a special shuttle bus service will operate between the centre of Zaragoza and the venue (exclusive to FIMA 2028).
