Enilive Iberia in the Iberian Peninsula

Eni has been present in the Spanish market since 1967 with the marketing of Agip lubricants, and as of February 1st, 2024, it began operating in this market as Enilive Iberia, S.L.U.

Enilive Iberia S.L.U., a subsidiary of Enilive S.p.A in the Iberian Peninsula, is an energy company whose mission is to provide progressively decarbonized services and products for the energy transition, accelerating the process of reducing emissions and thus contributing to Eni’s goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.

Currently, Enilive Iberia is structured into three business lines: Lubricants, Extra-Network, and Network.

In the Lubricants business, it markets its products throughout the Spanish and Portuguese markets (where it has its own subsidiary). It has an industrial presence thanks to the blending and filling plant for lubricants in Gavà (Barcelona). This plant has a production capacity of over 50K tons/year and produces not only for the domestic market but also for other subsidiaries of the Eni Group. The plant operates with an integrated HSEQ management system certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF standards. The marketing of Eni lubricants in the Iberian Peninsula is carried out through its direct sales network and distributors. Since 2013, Enilive Iberia has resumed the wholesale distribution business of fuels through a commercial network covering Spanish territory.

Regarding the service station Network business, we have had a presence again in the Spanish market since 2021, currently with 41 service stations (11 of them on motorways), which will soon operate under the Enilive brand.
In line with Enilive’s sustainable mobility policy, the Enilive Iberia service station network supports customers in all their mobility needs, both current and future, offering everything from high-performance traditional fuels and lubricants to biogenic fuels such as HVO (of which Eni is the second-largest European producer) and fast and ultra-fast electric charging from Plenitude, an Eni subsidiary.
Additionally, the Enilive Iberia network also provides customers access to other mobility-related services: restaurants, convenience stores, and the professional fuel card Multicard Routex. In the field of food services, Enilive Iberia has launched several of its own formats, such as Eni Café, with more than 1,200 establishments open in Europe. All of this while maintaining Eni’s strong commitment to the environment, equipping its service stations with photovoltaic panels for self-consumption.
