Ferbio is a biotech company – made in Spain, a business unit specializing in biocontrol and microorganisms within the BIOPRONATUR Group, with strong national and international growth potential. The company is currently undergoing rapid expansion, with commercial development in Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and other Central American countries, alongside international expansion into high-potential agricultural markets such as Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Serbia, Italy, Egypt, Turkey, and Morocco.

In the coming year, in addition to the production facility in Almería, two new high-value R&D and production plants will be inaugurated in Alentejo (Portugal) and Extremadura (Spain). A further plant in Morocco is planned for 2027, which will significantly enhance development capacity and service coverage for multiple markets.

We offer a broad product portfolio including: biofertilizers and biostimulants; microbial biofertilizers (disease control inducers); bionutritional products; biocontrol solutions (pest control inducers); soil bioregeneration products; reduction of chemical synthetic fertilizers; pest biocontrol solutions based on basic substances and others; deficiency correctors formulated with carboxylic acids and algae, designed to enhance efficacy and systemic action with lower concentrations of active matter; and custom-made specialty products developed according to our clients’ specific needs.

For pest biocontrol—such as spider mites, eriophyid mites, thrips, mealybugs, leafhoppers, red aphid, green aphid, serpentine leaf miner, whitefly, aphids, Tuta absoluta, among others—we offer products based on basic substances, with zero residue, fully respectful of beneficial fauna.

For disease biocontrol—including soil regeneration, botrytis, downy mildew, powdery mildew, phytophthora, alternaria, fusarium, nematodes, verticillium, among others—our solutions are based on our microbial biofertilizer technology, including Trichoderma and related microorganisms.
