The commercial development of SPAPER 2027 continues at a steady pace. With four months to go before the event, it has already matched the figures from the previous edition, with more than 150 brands represented and over 4,200 m² of exhibition space.

This trend reflects the participating brands’ interest in securing larger stands on which to showcase their latest innovations. In light of this increase in demand, the organisers have reorganised the commercial layout of Hall 3 to optimise the space and accommodate all interested companies, whilst also keeping the booking process open for new participants.

A focus on knowledge and technical seminars

Side events and discussion forums will once again play a key role at the exhibition. In this context, SPAPER announces that the Basque Country Paper Cluster will hold the Technical Paper Forum on 17 February, a meeting to analyse the latest innovations, market trends and the sector’s main challenges. The full programme for the remaining conferences and side events will be announced shortly.

The exhibition will open its doors from 16 to 18 February 2027 at Feria de Zaragoza, from 10.00 to 18.00, coinciding with the 28th edition of SMAGUA (International Exhibition of Water, Irrigation and the Environment). This shared venue reinforces the operational synergies between the two industries. Complementing this joint event, on 17 and 18 February, will be the launch of CITY.360, the first Trade Fair for Mayors and Public Administrations, which will serve to connect local decision-makers and municipal technical staff and to promote public-private cooperation.
