All the practical information and resources you need to prepare for your participation in SPAPER 2027
Basic event details
Dates and location
SPAPER 2027 will take place from 16 to 18 February 2027 at the Zaragoza Exhibition Centre (A-2, km 311, Zaragoza, Spain).
Opening hours to the public
From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Assembly and disassembly
Stand assembly
- Dates: 11th to 15th February 2027
- Opening hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Last day of assembly (15 February)
- Machinery entry: until 14 February 2027
- 15 February is reserved exclusively for stand decoration. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the pavilions.
Dismantling of stands
18 February 2027: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
19–21 February 2027: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Accreditations and access
- Each exhibitor is allocated a number of staff passes, calculated based on the square metres contracted.
- Includes parking passes for authorised vehicles.
- During the fair, a special shuttle bus service will operate between the centre of Zaragoza and the venue (exclusive to SPAPER 2027).
