Hengshui Baili Hose Co., Ltd. established in 2 0 0 7, is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production, sales and service of wrapped over & smooth cover hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses.The main items are R1/1SN, R2/2SN, R3/ R6, 1TE/ 2TE/3TE, 1SC/2SC, twin hose of 1SC/2SC, 1ST/2ST, 4SP/4SH, R12/R13/R15, R7/R8, telfon hose, metal hose, teflon corrugated hoses, PP hose guard, S&D hose and so on. Moreover we also have premium types. For eg.1SNK, 2SNK, high abrasion resistant hoses, high impulse hoses, super flexible hoses, low temperature resistant hoses and etc.
With 20 years of experience accumulation combined with scientific and intelligent development, our company has now developed into three major systems.
System 1: Internal Mixing Center
Two automated digital internal mixing centers were built, equipped with a Mahl feeding system and WP 190E Internal Mixer and open mixing mills. By implementing a digital formulation system with raw materials,we achieved more consistent quality in the finished products.
System 2: Imported Production Lines
Currently, our company is equipped with 50 imported hose production lines, eight American Magnatech spiral production lines. We also have Japanese Mitsuba extruders and German Mayer Twisting machines. The braiding area maintains constant temperature and humidity to ensure stable production. A comprehensive product portfolio includes: CE Certification, CNAS Certification,API Certification, SGS Certification,Coal Mine Safety Approval Certification, MSHA Certification, ISO9001 Certification and so on.
System 3: National-Level R&D Laboratory( CNAS L24192)
Our hydraulic hose laboratory encompasses three modules: a chemistry laboratory, a physics laboratory, and a performance testing laboratory. The physics laboratory primarily tests the Mooney, viscosity, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and Shore hardness of semi-finished rubber sheets. Performance testing equipment includes a salt-spray tester, a high- and low-temperature alternating test bench, burst pressure test benches, and a low-temperature resistance test bench. The Italian Bimal dynamic impulse test bench simulates the harsh application data in industrial and mining environments, ensuring hoses are tailored to the needs of diverse customers.
