Basic event details
Dates and location
SMOPYC will take place from 15 to 18 April 2026 at the Zaragoza Exhibition Centre (A-2, km 311, Zaragoza, Spain).
Opening hours to the public
15-17 April 2026: from 10:00 to 18:00
18 April 2026: from 10:00 to 17:00
Assembly and disassembly
Stand assembly
- Dates: 9 to 14 April 2026
- Opening hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Last day of assembly (14 April)
- Machinery entry: until 13 April 2026
- 14 April is reserved exclusively for stand decoration. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the pavilions.
Dismantling of stands
18 April 2026: from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
19–21 April 2026: from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Services and forms
We provide you with all the services you need to make your participation a success:
- Electricity, water, and internet.
- Cleaning and waste management.
- Assembly of modular stands.
- Furniture and audiovisual equipment.
- Decoration and signage.
- Catering, food service, and security.
Accreditations and access
- Each exhibitor is allocated a number of staff passes, calculated based on the square metres contracted.
- Includes parking passes for authorised vehicles.
- During the fair, a special shuttle bus service will operate between the centre of Zaragoza and the venue (exclusive to SMOPYC 2026).
Accommodation and travel
Feria de Zaragoza offers advantages to facilitate your participation:
- Agreements with partner hotels in the city, offering preferential rates for exhibitors and visitors.
- Discount vouchers with RENFE and IBERIA for travel to Zaragoza.
