PLATAFORMA TECNOLOGICA ESPAÑOLA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN- PTEC
CoExpositorThe Spanish Construction Technology Platform (PTEC) was created in October 2004 with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the construction sector through cooperation between public and private entities in initiatives related to research, development, and innovation (R&D&i). In 2010, PTEC was established as a Foundation, and a couple of years later it decided to professionalize its activities.
The Platform develops initiatives to promote innovation within the construction sector. To carry them out, it has the support of its members, which include all relevant stakeholders in the construction ecosystem, representing the entire value chain: associations, clusters, research centers, universities, technology centers, knowledge agents, startups, SMEs, and leading companies in the sector.
PTEC is one of the main driving forces in the sector and receives support from public sector entities whose alliances and collaborations are key to addressing the sector’s challenges and priority action lines, as well as collaborations with other platforms both nationally and internationally. PTEC is a member of the ECTP.
