The Joint Venture (UTE) is composed of the following Spanish companies:

CORINSA is a family-owned Spanish company that has been manufacturing compaction machinery since 1979.

They specialize in pneumatic tire rollers ranging from 9 to 35 tons for asphalt, earthworks, soil-cement, and recycling applications.

CORINSA is the official distributor in Spain for leading brands such as AMMANN asphalt and concrete plants, SUMITOMO and HANTA asphalt pavers, and VARIOPACTOR spraying equipment.

The company also offers machinery rental services and refurbished used equipment.

AECOMHEL S.L. is a family-owned Spanish company that manufactures public works machinery, specifically vibratory compactors for soil and asphalt ranging from 2.5 to 35 tons, as well as tankers for the transport and spraying of all types of asphalt products and other maintenance equipment.

Its activities also include the purchase, sale, and rental of its own product range and complementary equipment, as well as after-sales service (SPV) for all LEBRERO brand compactors and those of competitors.

The company distributes MBU-NOBAS motor graders throughout Spain.

The Joint Venture, together with the Algerian company ENMTP, manufactures through its subsidiary EUROPACTOR ALGÉRIE the full range of compactors and tankers for the Algerian market and for export.
